Coverage

What we cover, and how it pays.

Four coverage lines, tiered by the size of your business. Clear inclusions, honest limits, and a claim process that puts us on your side.

How we think about coverage

The right cover, not the cheapest paper

The cheapest policy is easy to sell and expensive to own. We build programs that hold up under a real loss — and shop the market so you don't overpay for that peace of mind.

Anyone can hand you the lowest quote. The trouble is that a low quote almost always hides a low limit, a high deductible, or an exclusion you won't read until the day it matters. We start from the other end — what could actually go wrong in your business, and what it would cost you — and then we build the program to answer it. Only once the coverage is right do we put it out to the market and drive the price down.

Because we're independent, that shopping is real. We hold appointments with eighteen carriers and we quote your program with the ones that genuinely want your class of business, every renewal. You see the options side by side, in plain language, with the trade-offs spelled out. The tiers below are a starting frame for how coverage scales with headcount — your actual program is built around your operation, not a template.

Coverage lines

Four ways we protect you

Most businesses carry a mix of these. We'll recommend the right combination after our first call.

Commercial property

Insure what it would actually cost to rebuild.

The number that keeps your premium low is the number that leaves you short after a fire. We value buildings, equipment, and inventory to real replacement cost, and add the business-income coverage that keeps payroll running while you rebuild.

  • Building & contents
  • Business interruption
  • Equipment breakdown
  • Inland marine & tools

Liability

The wall between one lawsuit and the end.

A single injury or defective-product claim can outrun a small policy in a week. We size general, professional, and product liability limits to what a plaintiff could realistically pursue — then add an umbrella so a bad day doesn't become the last one.

  • General liability
  • Professional / E&O
  • Product liability
  • Umbrella / excess

Group health & benefits

Hire and keep good people.

Benefits are how a growing business competes with bigger payrolls. We build medical, dental, and life programs around what your team actually uses, shop the renewal every year, and handle the enrollment paperwork your office manager dreads.

  • Group medical
  • Dental & vision
  • Group life & disability
  • Enrollment & admin

Cyber & professional

Cover the risks your old policy never named.

Ransomware, breach-response costs, and social-engineering fraud didn't exist when most business policies were written — and still aren't in them. We place standalone cyber and errors-and-omissions cover, with breach coaches on call when the worst happens.

  • Breach response
  • Ransomware & extortion
  • Cyber liability
  • Media & tech E&O

Process

From quote to coverage

Every client moves through the same four steps. No pressure, no jargon — just a clear path from understanding your risk to standing beside you when a claim comes.

  1. 01

    Assess

We sit down and map what could actually go wrong in your business — property, people, liability, and the risks unique to your industry. If you have a current policy, we read it line by line and flag the gaps before they cost you.

  2. 02

    Shop the market

We put your program out to the carriers that genuinely want your class of business — up to eighteen of them. You see the real options side by side, in plain language, with the coverage differences and the price trade-offs spelled out.

  3. 03

    Place

We bind the coverage, walk you through exactly what is and isn't covered, and make sure the certificates, endorsements, and filings your landlord or clients require are all in hand. No surprises hiding in the fine print.

  4. 04

    Advocate at claim time

When a loss happens we're the ones on the phone with the adjuster. We document the claim, hold the carrier to the policy, and push for every dollar you're owed — because a claim paid in full is the only proof that matters.

Questions

What business owners ask us

A captive agent works for one insurance company and can only sell you that company's policy. We're independent — we hold appointments with eighteen carriers and put your program out to all of them, so the recommendation is based on your risk, not on whose product we're contracted to push.

Ready when you are

Send us your current policy and we'll come back with a coverage review and a competing quote.
